Since 1992, Blue Creek Press has been publishing Western fiction, poetry, memoirs, histories and collections of essays and short fiction. The company was frst named Cabinet Crest Books, but became Blue Creek Press in 2003, when we moved into the Heron Community Center in Heron, Montana. It was a fitting name change. From the Center, the view to the north is into the East Fork of Blue Creek, where the publisher first learned the value of wild country as a boy. Our main office is in the room in which the publisher learned to read.
